About Vemana Business Incubation Center
Vemana Business Incubation center was established in the year 2015 under Vemana Institute of technology & Karnataka Reddy Jana Sangha in order to create Entrepreneurship Eco-System and Startup Eco-System and to motivate young generation to become Job Providers instead of Job Seekers.
In the year 2017 Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium scale Enterprise (MSME), Govt. Of India recognized Vemana Institute of Technology as Host Institute and Vemana Business Incubation Center as MSME Business Incubator.
Vemana Business Incubator encourages and incubates innovative and product based ideas Under Make-in-India and Manufacture-in-India ideology.

To be a center of excellence that fosters synergy between the academia and the industry that fuels entrepreneurial spirit and incubates research bent of mind among students to help them to be self-reliant and contribute to the nation building
Mission of VBIC
Vemana IT and VBIC will build an ecosystem to incubate and support innovation ideas in the region to enact wealth and employment action through successful startups.

The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) has been established in the Institute with the financial Aid of Karnataka ReddyJana Sangha in the year 2017. The prime motive of the Cell is to promote entrepreneurial spirit among students and to act as one of the potential platforms for academicians, new-age entrepreneurs & the students to learn & share their entrepreneurial endeavors, experiences & aspirations. The Cell through its initiatives motivate young, budding Technology & Science graduates to develop entrepreneurial skills & become Job providers rather than job seekers.
Objectives of Entrepreneurship Development Cell
To identify, mend and support students for identification, development, and commercialization of their innovative ideas.
To orient the students on entrepreneurship Development by industry experts.
To organize Business Plan Competitions / Innovation Camps / Hackathons with active involvement of industry and alumni.
To arrange interaction with entrepreneurs, bankers, professionals, potential customers and create a mentorship scheme for student innovators.
To facilitate creation of Entrepreneur's Club in the institute to create entrepreneurial ecosystem.
